Texas Citrus Fiesta Duchesses
Cities throughout the Rio Grande Valley have selected their representative to compete for the title of Queen Citrianna and
her
Royal Court. Every year, each city appoints a young lady from within the community that posses the qualities of a role model,
to represent
their city. These young ladies are then appointed as duchesses and are presented at the Royal Coronation.
